A2Agent (Tatiana Shulman, osek patur) is committed to making a2agent.co.il accessible to people with disabilities, in line with Israel's accessibility service regulations and Israeli Standard 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
Current status: partially conformant. The site is new; a comprehensive internal audit has been completed and fixes are being rolled out. Already in place: sufficient contrast for most text, full keyboard operability, semantic structure with correct heading hierarchy, bilingual language/direction switching (RTL/LTR) announced to assistive technologies, reduced-motion support, and zoom/responsive layout without loss of content.
Known limitations (being fixed): contrast of some colored status labels and text over gradients; emoji icons not yet hidden from screen readers; focus indicators and mobile-menu ARIA states under improvement; full Hebrew screen-reader testing pending.
