בקצרה: האתר הזה הוא דף מידע. אין בו טפסים, אין הרשמה ואיננו מנהלים מאגר מידע של מבקרים. כלי מדידה (אנליטיקה ופיקסלים) נטענים רק לאחר הסכמתכם בבאנר העוגיות. יצירת קשר איתנו נעשית דרך WhatsApp או אימייל — לבחירתכם.

1. מי אנחנו

מדיניות זו נכתבה בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, לרבות תיקון מס' 13 שנכנס לתוקף באוגוסט 2025, והיא חלה על השימוש באתר a2agent.co.il בלבד (לא על שירותים שאנו מספקים ללקוחות עסקיים — אלה מוסדרים בהסכם נפרד).

2. איזה מידע נאסף — ואיזה לא

מה לא נאסף

אין באתר טפסי יצירת קשר, הרשמה או תשלום — איננו אוספים שם, אימייל או טלפון דרך האתר.
איננו מנהלים בשלב זה מאגר מידע של מבקרי האתר.

מה כן עשוי להיאסף

מעבר ל-WhatsApp: כפתורי הפנייה באתר מובילים לשיחת WhatsApp (קישורי wa.me). משלב זה השיחה מתנהלת בפלטפורמה של Meta Platforms, בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות של WhatsApp. אנו נחשפים למספר הטלפון, לשם הפרופיל ולתוכן שתבחרו לשלוח לנו, ומשתמשים בהם אך ורק כדי להשיב לפנייתכם.
כלי מדידה — רק לאחר הסכמה: Google Analytics 4 (עם אנונימיזציה של כתובת IP), Meta Pixel ו-LinkedIn Insight Tag נטענים רק אם אישרתם זאת בבאנר העוגיות. כלים אלה אוספים נתוני שימוש (עמודים, לחיצות, סוג דפדפן, מזהי עוגיות).
העדפות בדפדפן (localStorage): בחירת השפה ובחירת ההסכמה לעוגיות נשמרות מקומית במכשיר שלכם ואינן נשלחות אלינו.
תיעוד הסכמות בצד השרת (מתוכנן): לצורך הוכחת עמידה בחוק אנו מתעדים את בחירת ההסכמה — חותמת זמן, הבחירה (אישור/סירוב), גרסת נוסח ההסכמה ושפת הממשק. התיעוד אינו כולל שם, אימייל או פרטים מזהים אחרים, ונשמר על תשתית באיחוד האירופי (Hetzner, גרמניה/פינלנד) או Supabase.
יומני שרת (logs): ספק האירוח שלנו מתעד, כמקובל, כתובות IP ובקשות לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול, לפרק זמן קצר.

4. עוגיות וטכנולוגיות דומות

עד למתן הסכמה נטענות רק טכנולוגיות חיוניות (העדפות ב-localStorage). לאחר הסכמה:

ניתן לשנות את הבחירה בכל עת: מחיקת נתוני האתר בדפדפן (localStorage) תציג את הבאנר מחדש, וכן ניתן לפנות אלינו בבקשה לעדכון ההעדפה.

5. העברת מידע לצדדים שלישיים

ספק אירוח ותשתית באיחוד האירופי — Hetzner (גרמניה/פינלנד) ו/או Supabase — אחסון האתר ותיעוד ההסכמות.

חלק מהספקים מעבדים מידע מחוץ לישראל. ההעברות נעשות למדינות/מנגנונים העומדים בתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (העברת מידע אל מאגרי מידע שמחוץ לגבולות המדינה), התשס"א-2001, ובכפוף להתחייבויות החוזיות של הספקים. איננו מוכרים מידע אישי ואיננו מעבירים אותו לגורמים נוספים, אלא אם נידרש על פי דין.

6. תקופות שמירה

התכתבויות WhatsApp/אימייל — כל עוד נדרש לטיפול בפנייה ולתקופה סבירה לאחריה;
תיעוד הסכמות — עד 3 שנים [לאישור יועץ משפטי];
נתוני אנליטיקה — בהתאם להגדרות הספקים (GA4: עד 14–24 חודשים);
יומני שרת — ימים עד שבועות בודדים.

7. הזכויות שלכם

בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות (לרבות תיקון 13), עומדות לכם, בין היתר, הזכויות הבאות:

עיון במידע המוחזק אודותיכם;
תיקון מידע שאינו נכון, שלם או מעודכן;
מחיקה של מידע בנסיבות המתאימות;
ביטול הסכמה לכלי המדידה בכל עת (ראו סעיף 4).

למימוש הזכויות: ai@a2agent.co.il. נשיב בהקדם ולא יאוחר מהמועדים הקבועים בדין. עומדת לכם גם זכות לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות.

8. אבטחת מידע

האתר סטטי ואינו מאחסן מידע אישי בצד השרת (למעט תיעוד ההסכמות האנונימי ויומני האבטחה). הגישה לתשתיות מוגבלת ומאובטחת (HTTPS, הרשאות מינימליות). מכיוון שאין מערכת ניהול משתמשים — משטח הסיכון מצומצם בהתאם.

9. קטינים

האתר מיועד לקהל עסקי (B2B) ואינו מכוון לקטינים.

10. שינויים במדיניות

נעדכן מדיניות זו לפי הצורך. הגרסה המחייבת היא זו המפורסמת בעמוד זה, עם ציון תאריך העדכון. שינוי מהותי בכלי המדידה יוביל לבקשת הסכמה מחודשת בבאנר.

Privacy Policy

In short: this website is an informational one-pager. It has no forms and no sign-up, and we do not maintain a database of visitors. Analytics and marketing pixels load only after you consent via the cookie banner. Contacting us happens through WhatsApp or email — your choice.

1. Who we are

Site operator: Tatiana Shulman, an exempt dealer (osek patur) ("A2Agent", "we").

This policy follows Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13 (in force since August 2025), and covers the use of a2agent.co.il only. Services we provide to business clients are governed by a separate agreement.

2. What data is collected — and what is not

Not collected

No contact, registration or payment forms — we do not collect your name, email or phone through this site.
At this stage we do not maintain any database of site visitors.

May be collected

WhatsApp hand-off: all call-to-action buttons open a WhatsApp chat (wa.me links). From that point the conversation runs on Meta Platforms' infrastructure under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. We see the phone number, profile name and content you choose to send, and use them solely to reply to you.
Measurement tools — only after consent: Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization), Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. They collect usage data (pages, clicks, browser type, cookie identifiers).
Browser preferences (localStorage): your language choice and consent choice are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
Server-side consent log (planned): to prove legal compliance we record each consent decision — timestamp, choice (accept/decline), consent-text version and interface language. The log contains no name, email or other identifying details, and is stored on EU infrastructure (Hetzner, Germany/Finland) or Supabase.
Server logs: our hosting provider records IP addresses and requests for security and operations, for a short period, as is standard.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Until you consent, only essential technologies run (localStorage preferences). After consent:

You can change your choice at any time: clearing the site data in your browser (localStorage) brings the banner back, or contact us and we will update your preference.

5. Third-party transfers

Google (Ireland/US) — Google Analytics 4;
Meta Platforms (Ireland/US) — WhatsApp and Meta Pixel;
LinkedIn (Ireland/US) — Insight Tag;
EU hosting/infrastructure — Hetzner (Germany/Finland) and/or Supabase — site hosting and the consent log.

Some providers process data outside Israel. Transfers rely on destinations/mechanisms compliant with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001, and the providers' contractual commitments. We do not sell personal data and do not share it further unless legally required.

6. Retention

WhatsApp/email correspondence — as long as needed to handle your inquiry, plus a reasonable period;
Consent log — up to 3 years [to be confirmed by counsel];
Analytics data — per provider settings (GA4: up to 14–24 months);
Server logs — days to a few weeks.

7. Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law (including Amendment 13) you may, among other things:

Access data held about you;
Correct inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data;
Delete data where applicable;
Withdraw consent to measurement tools at any time (see Section 4).

To exercise these rights write to ai@a2agent.co.il. We will respond promptly and within statutory deadlines. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

8. Security

The site is static and stores no personal data server-side (apart from the anonymous consent log and security logs). Infrastructure access is restricted and secured (HTTPS, least privilege). With no user accounts, the attack surface is correspondingly small.

9. Minors

The site addresses a business (B2B) audience and is not directed at minors.

10. Changes

We will update this policy as needed; the binding version is the one published on this page with its update date. A material change to measurement tools triggers a renewed consent request in the banner.
