תנאים אלה חלים על הגלישה באתר a2agent.co.il בלבד. הם אינם הסכם למתן שירותים — שירותי A2Agent ללקוחות מוסדרים בהסכם התקשרות נפרד וחתום.

1. כללי

האתר מופעל על ידי טטיאנה שולמן — עוסק פטור (להלן: "A2Agent", "אנחנו"). הגלישה באתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה. אם אינכם מסכימים — אנא הימנעו משימוש באתר.

2. אופי המידע באתר

התכנים באתר נועדו למסירת מידע כללי על שירותי A2Agent, ואינם ייעוץ מקצועי, משפטי, פיננסי או טכנולוגי.
נתונים, מדדים ותוצאות המוצגים באתר מבוססים על פרויקטים אמיתיים שביצענו, אולם תוצאות בעבר אינן מבטיחות תוצאות דומות אצל כל לקוח — כל עסק, נתוניו ותהליכיו שונים.
המחירים והמסלולים המוצגים הינם אינדיקציה בלבד ואינם הצעה מחייבת; תנאי ההתקשרות הסופיים ייקבעו בהסכם נפרד.
A2Agent פועלת כעוסק פטור לפי חוק מס ערך מוסף ואינה גובה מע״מ; כנגד תשלום מונפקת קבלה (ולא חשבונית מס).

3. קניין רוחני

כל זכויות הקניין הרוחני באתר — לרבות טקסטים, עיצוב, קוד, גרפיקה, סימני מסחר והשם A2Agent — שייכות לנו או לנותני רישיון מטעמנו. אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ או לעשות שימוש מסחרי בתכני האתר ללא אישור מראש ובכתב, למעט צפייה אישית ושיתוף קישורים לאתר.

4. קישורים ושירותי צד שלישי

האתר מכיל קישורים לשירותי צד שלישי — בפרט WhatsApp (Meta). השימוש בשירותים אלה כפוף לתנאים ולמדיניות הפרטיות של אותם צדדים, ואיננו אחראים להם. ראו גם את מדיניות הפרטיות שלנו.

5. היעדר אחריות (As-Is)

האתר ותכניו מסופקים כמות שהם (As-Is) וללא אחריות מכל סוג, מפורשת או משתמעת, לרבות לגבי זמינות, דיוק, שלמות או התאמה למטרה מסוימת. אנו רשאים לשנות, להשעות או להסיר תכנים בכל עת וללא הודעה מוקדמת.

6. הגבלת אחריות

בכפוף לכל דין, A2Agent, בעליה ומי מטעמה לא יישאו באחריות לכל נזק ישיר או עקיף הנובע מהשימוש באתר או מהסתמכות על תכניו. אין באמור כדי לגרוע מאחריות שלא ניתן להגבילה על פי דין.

7. שימוש מותר

אין לעשות באתר שימוש בלתי חוקי, לפגוע בפעולתו התקינה, לנסות לעקוף מנגנוני אבטחה, או לבצע כריית נתונים אוטומטית בהיקף החורג משימוש סביר.

9. דין חל וסמכות שיפוט

These terms govern browsing a2agent.co.il only. They are not a services agreement — A2Agent's services to clients are governed by a separate signed engagement agreement.

1. General

The site is operated by Tatiana Shulman, an exempt dealer (osek patur) ("A2Agent", "we"). Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms; if you do not agree, please refrain from using it.

2. Informational nature of the content

The content provides general information about A2Agent's services and is not professional, legal, financial or technological advice.
Figures, metrics and results shown are based on real projects we delivered; past results do not guarantee similar outcomes for every client — each business, its data and processes differ.
Displayed prices and plans are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer; final terms are set in a separate agreement.
A2Agent operates as an exempt dealer ("osek patur") under Israel's VAT Law and does not charge VAT; payments are documented with a receipt (not a tax invoice).

3. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the site — texts, design, code, graphics, trademarks and the A2Agent name — belong to us or our licensors. Copying, reproducing, distributing or making commercial use of site content without prior written permission is prohibited, except for personal viewing and sharing links to the site.

4. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services — notably WhatsApp (Meta). Their use is subject to those parties' own terms and privacy policies, for which we are not responsible. See also our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranties (As-Is)

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
